Does not work on all iPhones?

It appears that this app works for some and not for others. I, too, cannot get past Tip 11, nor can I hit "next" without it closing the whole program. I have rebooted the iPhone just to be sure, but this app just will not work on my iPhone 4. It has to be a foolish glitch that others dont get for some reason. Hope you can fix it soon!! It sounds like a great app for many people and useless for others...like me.
